Submission

To submit a paper, an author should send two manuscript copies to one of the Editorial Offics. The two copies are not returned in any case. (Authors should keep a complete copy of the manuscript.) The paper must be original and not be submitted for publication elsewhere. The language used must be English.


Manuscripts should be prepared according to the following rules:

Layout

Manuscripts should be in type not smaller than 12 characters per inch, double spaced (including References), with wide margins.

Abstract

Each manuscript is required to contain an abstract, cleary separated from the rest of the paper, which will be printed right after the title. The length of an abstract should not exceed 200 words. Formulas should be used as sparingly as possible in the abstract.

Footnotes

Footnotes should not be used, except for title page footnotes. Such information should be included in the text.

Title Page Footnotes

Include as a footnote on the first page should be the following:

1991 Mathematics Subject Classification: ...........
Key words and phrases: ...........
The classification numbers representing the subject of the article may be found in the Mathematical Reviews Annual Subject Index 1991. Acknowledgement of support, grants and contracts should also be included in this footnote.

Author's Address

The permanent address of each author should be typed following the references.

Proofs and Offprints

Authors will receive the first proofs for necessary corrections, which should be returned to one of the Editorial Offices within two weeks of receipt. An author receives 100 offprints of his article free of charge; joint authors are regarded as one.
